COVID-19 Announcement

Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, Xenos Health will be scheduling only telemedicine appointments until May. This means that we will not be traveling to any of our usual locations during the month of April. We are grateful for telemedicine technology, which will allow us to provide care while adhering to social distancing recommendations. We thank you for your patience and understanding for any inconveniences this may cause.

We realize that this is a stressful time, and urge you to find a place within where peace can be found. Many of you may be very worried or confused, and we hear that. If we can help you with a counselling session, or an overview of some of the facts about this pandemic please let us know.

Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

The COVID-19 pandemic is an example of a time when public health organizations, practitioners, public and businesses need to cooperate for the best possible outcome for everyone. The spread of this virus is likely to continue in most of the world in the coming months. During this time it is important that we all do our best to follow the guidelines that have been issued by the local health authorities.

There is a lot more that you can do besides washing your hands, and keeping your 6 feet of distance. Xenos Health has contributed to a presentation that gives a lot of information on the virus, including ways that you can help your immune system during this time. Most of the items the presentation discusses are actually FREE, and are perfect to implement if you are in isolation or quarantine.

We'll link to the presentation [HERE]

Please let us know if any of the items contained within the presentation you would like to have explained in more detail - depending on interest, we may post some instructional videos on our FB group.
